Product description:

Purity: 100%

Color/Appearance: Silver (tin)

Electrical conductivity of copper foil is well, but is easily oxidized when exposed to damp air,in order to solve this problem, tin is coated on the surface of copper foil

(Tin is also a conductive metal, but good stability, not easy to oxidize in the air, but high cost, no film industry)

It can not only make use of the conductive property of copper, but also won't make the material deteriorate, improve the service performance and life of the product.

The general process is to electroplate 2~ 3U tin layer on both sides of copper foil.

One side is coated with conductive glue, which can be used in some sticky and use situations.

Such as: HD TV data lines, military shielding materials, communications engineering, solar energy modules, EMI shielding components and so on

Glue: conductive glue

Tin layer thickness: 2~3um on both sides

Release material: transparent release film
